Portal Lenses and Crafting

Hey, short and sweet suggestion.
With some changes that I don't really understand to the buying options in Arelith, lenses can only be bought at base price which I assume is the intention. I think having a somewhat more available method of crafting would be neat so that we could buy them from player-shops at a discount.
