Tier 1 Summons

I had a look back through the older posts, but I didn't notice anything on this.

I have a few suggestion on a change to Summon monster I spell.
  • Have a stream that will not summon the upgraded tier (mainly useful to get a badger)
  • The summons that can be summoned by the stream learning books can never be summoned by spells (small elementals, wyrmlings, etc.). My suggestion is to allow at higher levels (let's say 10), that you can summon those creatures with summon monster 1. While this wouldn't be a powerful thing, it does have potential RP uses.
