Treat raise dead/ressurection like -yoink

I think a message should pop up when you are about to be raised "X is trying to raise you, do you consent" like yoink works. This would prevent situations where someone is raised without ooc communication or consent after pvp. It also makes IC sense as a soul needs to be willing to be raised for the spell to work.
