Make it more powerful or increase it to 10 instead of 5 on creation.
Reasoning:
•Heals an average of 30 HP per use (vs 12+rank in combat or 21+rank outside combat with a weak heal kit).
•Produces 240 average HP heal worth (vs 120 heal kits with 0 ranks, becoming up to par at level 9 with ranks, assuming they're in combat, otherwise at level 9 it's 340).
•Takes 27 points to craft (vs 4 on weakest healing kit).
•DC 22 (vs 16 on weakest healing kit).
•Causes AoO in combat (vs no AoO with heal kits).
•Takes Lady's tears to craft which are uncommon and not too easy to stock up (vs stuff you can easily get for weakest kits).
•Takes Ironguts to craft, which I think can be bought on a vendor, but in the off chance they can't, crafting them is a nuisance.
edit: Something else it could be given is a regeneration buff, something in the lines of 10 HP/round for five rounds, not stacking with itself (but with cleric regeneration spells).
