Message Board in Bookshelf Form

Over the years, there have been many attempts to create libraries.

Create a new crafting item: Message Board (Bookshelf), that has the same reqs and qualities, but just presents itself as one of those small bookshelves. It's still a message board.

(I'd also advocate to be able to create those big Bookshelves, and still function as a message board but that might be pushing my luck)
