What do you have in mind? something like the UD timeline but focused on goblins?
Dunshine did create a goblin history and I added some parts after Oboos rulership...
We could make it public here too...

No, not history.. it would be nice to make some month calendar for goblins, aswell as lets give names for years or decades :)

Would be nicer to wrote some goblin history with Rotten Rat's month 3rd daycycle in the Great Flood's decade 5th year... etc etc

Call for goblins!

This is for old and new gobli characters. We need you all!

There is so much rp going on and there are some few constant goblin players. But we need more!

You can join a working clan. We share quarters, ressources and information. We have good relations to many other factions and are involved in so many rp lines that we can't pick them up all.

Come on. Log in with your goblins or make a new one and help us!

2-3 more constant players and we could change much!

AND! It is just the right time! Plots are running and action lays ahead!

Goblin ¤ Clan

As one of the (if not the most) oldest living faction of arelith (at least in underdark) we need to renew, reform our faction and get more player involved, more players to join.

In my view few things could bring people for us. In points:

1. Stable presence (need work) : as a stable faction, the oogooboogoo clan is here with headquarter and avalible social places. However the presence need more just a place. We need organize some timings, weekly, 2 weekly dates for meetings or shifted leadership to be contacted, make a living faction, not a one with ghost-like leaders and lonely namely members. In old days the Goblin-Friday nighst worked nicely after Cataclysm, brought many player to the faction.

2. Goblins as generally presence and position in Andunor/Sharp: as "typicall" goblins (which not exist) we were always part of the Grondian/Sharpian RP and tried to influence from the shadows or sometimes openly. Lets continue this work and make the Undrelith full with goblin plots again.

3. Support of Goblins: the support is good and seductive for players, easier playing if you have company to fight, gear to use. This is working if we have the place, gold and skill aswell as people who takes care about the organizing.

4. Goals and involvement: skill and level specific quests and involvement in ongoing plots is a strong part for players to join, aswell as IG power over the faction or other parts could be good too. Of course the final goal is FUN and PLOT. But a STRONG stable faction with 3-6 players.

I am thinking about a bit of changes in the current Goblin Clan workings, creating positions to take care of the mentioned points. the names just opinions-ideas , not carved into stone....

Seer (Shaman/Witch) - leader for magicians,

Firzt Gobo (Warbozz) - best warrior in clan, honored title
Firzt Knifez - best sneak, spy, steal
Wazzamer - 2nd magician, apprentice of Seer
Pile'z boss - supply, merchant , supplier of the Clan

Warriors, Scouts, Majjickals, Shouterz (bards) - Drummerz, ...etc

Event ideas:
Great Feast ( periodicly event, decision making, reporting etc)
Ritual of Ragged Banners ( showing all surface and underdark goblin clans and gods)
Looting raids
etc etc....

Nah, if want a derrogative name for dwarves it's stunties. Humans are puny humies, undead I think deaders, elves are skinnies. (War hammer reference on greenskin names for everything else.)

I am back ere now, on Forums, and back on my Brand New Computer!
As well the Oogooboogoo Clan is still HUGELY active IG, and is currently working twords plans that'll induce yet more goblin activity both within the UD and upon the Surface and even over these Forums.

Our plans are on-going and current even at this very moment ... with an evented action planed for this very day!

The Oogooboogoo Clan must by now be one of the Oldest factions not only in the UD but server-wide!
And is now starting a period of -HOPEFUL- growth within itself and its holdings, even in its allies.
NOT that we ever had any plans to quit, but rather to expand in our attempts to make the goblin race more appealing to play ... and try to play more in numbers as that united clan/faction it really pretty much always has been.

Also id like to not only outright THANK the WONDERFUL Devs for ... but to remind ALL about the newer GOBLIN/Kobold skin-option choices!
and ask ...
HAS there ever BEEN a better time to build a goblin-toon ?

The Oogooboogoo faction (which is not only joined by followers of the deity with the same name – but this is another long story) is mainly organized via: -factions (in game), PMs (forums), and other means; but…

I exhumed this tread because maybe some more open rp lines, dates, and other announcements could be also posted here – for all to join.

E.g. planned revival of “goblin Fridays”.

Can we set up a calendar somewhere? I am in CST and I only can play some evenings and weekends now that I got a new job woot!.

I have some ideas for ingame stories but not sure I will have much time to execute, lets see after things settle from the EE change.
