They just get undercommon. Likely something to do with starting as a half-elf before applying the award.

They don’t get it. It’s just a temporary thing due to the character starting as a half-elf before the award is applied. Anyone retaining it should give devs a heads up as it would be a bug!
Try harder! Help set a good example of roleplay for the server culture.

Known languages are cached on characters for performance reasons, so a server transition or reset will disable languages that a character shouldn't know.
