For the purpose of summoning undead, what is the CL of a Bard 23 / BG 3 / PM 4 when using the following abilities? Assuming Necromacy focus and greater focus, this would mean it could have 2 of the summons out at once, right? What tier of undead summon would it achieve?
- Animate Dead (Wand)
- Animate Dead (Blackguard)
- Animate Dead (PM)
- Create Undead (PM)

Currently, bard levels do not count towards undead strenghth. That may change, but I've not totally decided to change it yet. So all the above abilities will give you zombies(/tier 1).
