Do XP penalties apply for multiclassing as in normal NWN rules? I ask as there are so many builds that only have 3 levels of a class.
I have checked the wiki and can't find an answer, but, as always, I may have missed it. In which case, please accept my apologies.
Nope. On Arelith, there are no multiclassing penalties (citation here). The restrictions are:
You MUST take your first three levels of any class in a row. So if you are a level 4 fighter who just leveled up to 5 and wants to take rogue levels, levels 5, 6, and 7 must be rogue levels.
You can only take levels in up to three classes.
