A request for a very particular mage. Any takers?

Hello everyone.

Back to Arelith, and very happy to.

I'm seeking for players that know how to build a mean wizard or sorcerer. I have a very specific concept in mind and would like to discuss it through PMs, if possible.

Anyone up to task?

I promise I won't bore anyone with huge backgrounds or with power-playing schemes.
It's just a straightforward idea that I'd like to try, but I do need some guidance.
