Questions about PM [answered]

1) Why was normal-award-for-neutral-PM introduced?
2) Which is the the up-to-date info regarding the class: the wiki (which says normal award) or the one in the forums mechanical changes?
3) In case it is wiki, does that mean one can only play baserace neutral pm or is it possible to save up awards to make awardrace neutral pm or would such a character concept be a 5% award?

1. Neutral Pale Masters are meant to be uncommon, and their roleplay is a bit more restrictive than the typical evil Pale Master.
2. The normal reward is accurate for Neutral alignment Pale Masters, as opposed to Evil. They do not require a PrC token any longer.
3. Base race would correspond with the Neutral alignment. 5% would be for something more specific or unique.

But this I need detail info regarding:

Are there things that need to be rp-ed in specific way? Or does it mean just general difference between rping of a neutral versus evil person e.g. in how they make and use their undead minions?

Exactly how you put it. There is tender care for Neutral Pale Masters which are more conscious of their undead use, as opposed to evil who can be fairly cavalier with it. Neutral Pale Masters have to balance between having the ability and adhering to whichever dogma or guidelines the character has to maintain that neutral standing.

Evil is a very tangible thing in D&D, and usage of undead is in itself very widely known as an evil act. Some might abstain from using the undead summons in order to maintain that neutral alignment. This is just one example of how that can be achieved and maintained.
