Descriptions with a whole lot of nothing.

What is the stance on descriptions that are intentionally left blank with a huge amount of space to push down the Ability/Racial/Extras feedback so that people aren't able to see them at a glance?

I mean, you just have to click the scroll bar on right side and pull it to the very bottom. It's not truly hidden, and i have seen only a single character do that.

But I do agree in asking: "What is the point they do try to achieve? Other than causing a minor inconvenience and annoyance towards other players who might be geniunely interested of their characters and want to read what more there is to it."

Come to think of it, does it count towards "Being Nice" towards other players?

But these are just some errant thoughts. I do not really mind. It's just a minor inconvenience. I just see no point in doing it.

Just report it. It's OOC circumvention of the inspection mechanic.

A really terrible way to tackle the game.
It is reminiscent of old PvP servers where you needed to examine people to figure out some magical effects they were under, and some people did this so it took you a bit longer.
