How much effect does 0.5 ECL make with gaining lvs...
Will 0.5 ECL make a big difference with level speed or will i barely notice it?

In the past, ECL affected RPR
This isn't the case anymore, but the charts that were made at the time to show how ECL affects the XP given by RPR was very helpful.
The 20 RPR line is likely the most relevant, since a large number of level appropriate mobs give around 20 xp a kill.

Looks like i will only lose maybe 1-2 xp per kill if that... such is acceptable. TY
