How does the mandatory relevel work?

Do I have to relevel my character who is now epic and had only 4 monk levels to start?

Is the custom spell-resistance lowered by breaches now?

Will the staff consider lowering whirlwind lvl to 16 or lower to make WM cross-class more viable?

When you log on, you get dropped to 1 if you have monk levels then can relevel before you go.

I couldnt see anything that mentioned the Ki Strikes 4 and 5 are these now needing to be taken as feats or still provided for free with leveling?

basically everything on the wiki from the update is now null. I havent been in game long enough yet to see if the language lore feat was trashed as well.

so cooldowns still apply and you get whirlwind and imp whirlwind at 20 and 25, and speed is still capped at level 15

You now need to take them as feats again, which means you need a base 21 Wisdom. Basically it's not worth it because you'll lose very important AB for the sake of damage, but we all know AB > Damage when it comes to actually doing damage.

Since relevels are live now, but new monk weapons are not, can we safely sit on our untouched monks until all the changes are made...and relevel then?
