The Epic Rage Feats have been Modified:
Each epic rage feat updates the visual effect of Rage.
Thundering Rage offers +1 Attack Per Round during rage, which stacks with Haste.
Mighty Rage removes crowd control effects and debuffs, and extends rage by 1 turn.
Terrifying Rage now works as follows: blah blah, cool stuff happens.
Can someone who plays a barb tell me if these effects are all added to your one rage ability, or if you get separate rage abilities that you need to choose between depending on circumstances/desired effect? Please and thank you!

Re: Barbarian Question
The bonuses of the Epic Rage Feats get added to your barb rage ability, you don't get them as separate abilities. All in one.

Re: Barbarian Question
Are you certain? Terrifying and Thundering are added to regular rage even in vanilla NWN. But Mighty Rage is a separate feat altogether, I would expect it to be a separate ability in Arelith as well.
Edit: went in the arelith PGCC and can confirm they are all stacked in the regular rage. Mighty rage cannot be activated through the separate ability
