Move Fixture Console Command
How do you use this command properly? No matter what I input I get the same out of bounds message.
Tips, tricks, advice?

It seem not to work with any coordinates. Think it is broken at least a year.

It was broken before the transition to EE
Re: Move Fixture Console Command
Good to know. So while we’re on the subject I have another question.
How do you set a fixture down without it being damn near random? Picking up and putting down things repeatedly and hoping they drop in the right place to line up properly with walls or other fixtures is very frustrating. And given that I see a lot of flawless placements in other places, I figured there must be a trick to it that I’m missing.

Re: Move Fixture Console Command
There definitely is. What you do is, you hit Drop on the fixture, but interrupt it, by moving, or if you're pro, click on your character really fast. Then when you next hit Drop, it will appear in the exact spot in front of your character every time. It's just a matter of lining your character up at that point.
There's also that you can set the item down using the somewhat grid-like textures in the world, making your character walk towards the spot, and then placing it. Only works if there's not already something there.
Feel free to reach out to me in-game on this playername, if you'd like some help.
P.S. Heavily Overencumber, stealth, and detect mode for super precision on the first method.

Alia: The uncanny knack of Angela Amana to make the otherwise perpetually well-mannered girl lose her temper and be HORRIBLY ASHAMED afterwards.

Re: Move Fixture Console Command
Fixture placement is truly Arelith's most skill-intensive minigame.
Re: Move Fixture Console Command
I highly recommend using -rotate_fixture north
or south, east or west. Gives you perfect directional alignment if you're trying to get it to line up with something straight.
