Try as I might, I cannot find anything that states the duration of skleens. Base NWN duration for Ioun Stones is 60 RL minutes.

Is this accurate, or has it been modified?

IIRC it's 24 hours in game. But I can't confirm sadly. So don't trust me. It's a long enough duration though, I know that much.

According to my notes, it's 8 in-game hours. If this is wrong, feel free to correct me.

Skleen works like a standard NWN Ioun Stone, meaning its duration should be 60 turns, which correlates to 60 RL minutes.

So 10 hours in game.
