Just wondering if there was any sort of established Thieves Guild?

How could you think to even ask this question!?!? Of COURSE, There is no thieves guild! There is no assassins guild either. There is no underground syndicate of organized crime operating in the shadows of Arelith. It is just silly to even propose such an idea. Everyone is lawful and law-abiding here.
