what does fire stream mean? I have no clue.

The -stream command lets a summoner specify which set of summons to choose. By default, Summon Monster VII+ gets you a random Elemental. If you know (and select) the -Fir stream, you will always get a Fire Elemental of whatever tier you are summoning. Ditto Draconic, Undead and Outsider streams.
