Hello everyone!
I have made a character with the nobility gift and after having done some research I can't seem to find a good title that would fit him.
I don't know how much background information is needed, but the character hails for Cormyr and his nobility comes from that culture. I can find other noble families of Cormyr but no specific titles.
Also a lot of information I find seems to be 5E focused and separating the new lore from 3.5 lore is a bit challenging as the Wikis are not always organised the greatest.
Thanks!

Re: Nobility Gift
As I understand it, the Nobility gift means that your character comes from a noble family, not that they have a noble title themselves. It's more a "youngest son of Count Wonkypanks," not Count Wonkypants himself. As far as Cormyr goes, I think it's pretty much generic nobility with some French flavoring, so the standard titles probably apply (Duke, Earl, Count, Viscount, Baron, etc).
Also, keep in mind that you can't put a title in your character's name.

What Baron said. Your character is minor nobility at best, and any titles you wish to have would probably have to be earned through in-game actions.

Don't forget your heraldry. The most important part!
