I have a package for him... priest Haulfest. The package says he is in the great temple. Looked all over for him, but didn't find him. Did he by chance leave a forwarding address?
My character just leveled to 10, and I've been carrying this parcel around all these many IG years... but I can't seem to drop it.

I believe Haufaust retired many moons ago (A few IRL months, if not years in fact) and so sadly that package is now defunct. If you can't drop it or get rid of it, send us a poke and we can remove it from your inventory.
Also as I recall, once you get past a certain level (I think it's 4?) the npcs will no longer accept the packages anyway.

The package should have turned into a package for the Red Knight priest in the Gradn Fellowship temple. I don't remember having a Haulfest package on my recent PCs.
