OOC info for planning events on boards?

OOC info for planning events on boards?
Hello! When planning an event, to say have a monk training/seminar, am I allowed to give RL specific time and date in brackets?
Currently played characters:
Have not played for over a year, thinking of returning again

If you do, try and say something like in six tendays (six real life days) then at the bottom
(( This will take place Sept 18th at 10am EST))

Yes, you are allowed to give a RL Specific day and time. This is the only OOC information that is allowed. You don't actually need to say in X tendays, you can do your general information, and then put the date/time at the start or end.
