Any changes to the settlement system in work?

There have been several large threads in the past month lamenting bad systems, offering suggestions, and petitioning for change. The devils table specifically.

Are there any changes in the pipe we can get a preview of?

Everyone seems to be on vacation, busy or playing a better game, so probably not.

Not to mention large Feedback threads requesting change does not mean change will happen.
