simple question.. the name suggest that the Ranger's runic vestment is runic.. but the Wiki says only.

Material: Cloth
Armor Bonus: +4
Damage Immunity: Slashing 10%
Enhancement Bonus: Strenght +2
Arcane Spell Failure 25% increased
Use: Barkskin (12) 1 Use/Day
Class Restriction: Ranger
Increased UMD Requirement (??)

so wondered if it is runic or not?

If you have a point in Tailoring, you can check that in game by previewing the item's properties through a crafting fixture. (not the rest menu or a trade book) The description will output in your combat log, and if it's runic, you will see a block of text saying so.
