"Class levels now count as full caster levels for the purpose of resisting dispels."
Do you need to delvl for this to take effect?
and how does these changes reflect on bard pale masters in regard to undead tier?

To piggyback on this, can we get the stats for the new (and revised) undead summons?

Bard PM presumably is in the same boat it was before the change; the bard levels don't count for undead creation, only the PM.

You do not need to de-level for this benefit.

The classes that contribute to UCL are unchanged. Bard is presently not included.

I intend to post documentation when time permits, and when the update is settled with various bugs fixed.

Does the half dmg to friendlies also apply for horrid wilting cast from items (scrolls, that quill etc.)?

i have a 16 bard, 10 pale master and i get dispelled just as bad as before. shouldn't that give me a caster level of 26?
the ice mephit at the ice road strip me naked and that dosn't tend to happen on my epic casters.

It should give you 26 CL versus dispel, yes. If this continues to be an issue, please file a bug report and include the mobs / area where appropriate.
