Additional spell slots?

Additional spell slots?
<t>I was wondering since i couldn't get my character builder to work correctly, when would a shadowmage/SD combo get his spell slots. i'm lvl 6 (3 of each SM/SD.) and it seems i haven't reached any new pinnacle of spell slots for my level.</t>

Follows your mage progression. The SD levels does not give spells.
It was part of the original planning for shadow mage to get some spell progression for shadow mage when taking SD levels, but was not implemented. At the moment the shadow mage is in a bad place, giving up on evocation is rather big, and you don't get much in return.
