Does Using Racial Darkness/Invisibility Nuke CL?

As titled, does a drow using their darkness, or duergar using their invisibility, as well as in the case of invisibility gifts nuke a PC's caster level for UMD CL purposes?

No. It's not a spell, it's the same as using any other item.

As far as I understand the only thing that modifies your dispel CL is casting a spell memorized in your spell book. If you have a low level dip, just clear the spell book and never use it.
