Harper paragon, divine might, turn undead

Does a Harper Paragon’s turn undead feat work for charges of divine might/shield or do you need a class with turn undead for it to work ?

Harper Paragon can use turn undead, divine might and divine shield as it levels up. You will need this 2da to use them though:
