I'm assuming thats working off "rogue levels" and not total character levels, correct?

It takes into account all classes that can have uncanny dodge

A rogue 6/30 sorcerer got sneaked by a level 20 + level 30 character

A rogue 6/30 barbarian didn't (of note, i purposely gave it no uncanny dodge improvements from barbarian levels)

I don't know what this means on arelith for ranger which is given uncanny dodge, but likely their levels don't count for sneak immunity even once they gain uncanny dodge

Remove uncanny Dodge and give bonus sneak damage instead?

As for the whole discipline thing, if were to be more like DnD, I would highly prefer 3.5 than pathfinder way of handeling stuff like grappling.

Either way, half the reason knockdown is so strong in NWN (and why everyone has to have discipline) is because a normal trip attack in DnD doesnt also do damage. Also you are not flst footed in PnP DnD when prone.
