How to get rid of Writ Item

My character has outgrown his writ and it is now taking up much lauded inventory space. I cannot drop or destroy it. How to remove?

You'll get the option to discard it 24 hours after you accepted your last writ.

Its flagged as a plot item and won't let you just drop it from your inventory

It's an option that can be selected when using the writ item, but it's unavailable until 24 RL hours after taking your last writ, as stated above.

I believe you need to have 0 active writs as well.

Can you complete writs after reaching lvl 21 if you didn’t get to completing them before? I have two active writs on a lvl 21 char

It sounds like you can do them up to 22.

The cutoff starts 3 above the maximum level, so you should be able to do level 20 writs as high as 22.
