Getting Regen 1 on gear?

Is there a way I can get regen onto a piece of equipment for a Barbarian? Even Regen 1 would help quality of life for my bonkers health pool beyond Chugging heal kits while just casually traveling the world.

There is a particular item in the loot matrix with +1 Regeneration, which you would be able to equip.

Several have popped up in shops, over the past months.

As mentioned, there is an item, but it's very rare and very expensive.

Because regeneration items after the great server schism only existed in tandem with grandfathering. The fact they afe reintroducing is server flavour/experimentation.
