Do those unique weapons stack with unrestricted spells?

Do those unique weapons stack with unrestricted spells?
Example: lesser moonblade is plus 4 enhancement rather than plus 4 attack bonus and plus 4 damage. Will bloodthrist/holy enhancement still stack with a moonblade creating a + 9 or is it better to just go with masterly damask?

Enhancement will never stack with bonus damage of the same type as of the weapon. IE:
Longsword(slashing) has 2 slashing bonus damage, and +3 enhancement, it still only does +3 damage.
On the other hand,
Longsword(slashing) has 2 piercing bonus damage, and +3 enhancement, it now deals 5 damage.
Double damage type weapons (scythe, morning star, etc) stack regardless.

So valid combos are things like
Mornin star + holy avenger?
Scythe + blood thirst

I am surprised this doesnt come up with the meta builders.
Like making a high level paladin with a non stackable damage weapon choice would seem really detrimental to use of holy avenger and blessed weapon.

It's because Morningstar is a poor weapon choice compared to scimitar, longsword, or most any other weapon in the game, and paladins don't want to have to lose a feat to exotic for scythes.
