Using -twohand doesn't actually make the engine think that you're using a two handed weapon, it just gives you bonus damage, so it shouldn't change anything that keys off of that.

I can confirm that small races using a weapon they can only use 2h, like bastard swords, grants this bonus damage!

Seems odd that double weapons count as 2 handed for divine might but not for barb rage. I don't think it should count for either tbh.
