Rogue skills
I have been thinking about a new rogue type character and had a quick look at the "cookie cutter" builds which come out almost identical to my thoughts anyway. But for rogue skills etc. are there known maximum DCs? E.g. why in the cookie cutter build is the disable trap left at 10? Is it assuming a 10 ft pole (and other disable trap items), and will that cover you for end game traps or should I go mad dropping points into it?

Gear + 10 foot pole + rogue's cunning from rogue's leathers is enough to disable most traps that can be disabled.

it will also depend on if you are looking to break into homes, or stick with chests and doors in dungeons and such. Plus if you have say an 18 int, you are going to have so many skill points that you won't be worrying to much, you will probably toss pts in disable trap just to spend the pts.

The highest dungeon lock i've seen so far is 80. Quarter locks are usually boosted into the triple digits by the owners, and are generally not worth trying to break into. Trap DC's vary, though the highest recover Dc's i've seen were around 50-60 (can't remember the exact number)

I have barely played rogues before so I didn't even know rogues cunning was a thing! That's seriously handy! Cheers everyone for all the info!
