Does Epic Spell Focus Conjuration improve the Dragon Knight spell summons? Or does anything else? Thanks.

Yes it does, marginally. Not the primary benefit though. The main advantage is the yoink spell you get.

SF and GSF conjuration are known to buff conjurations from the summon line of spells. I believe the question the OP was hoping to find out is: When taking the epic spell Dragon Knight, does the conjuration focus buffs apply to the summoned dragon, and if so, will taking epic spell focus improve the summon above and beyond the GSF buff?

I believe it may gain the same bonus as the planar line summons. AB and AC for each feat.
