How many skill points are required in lore and search to find all the information from investigation and what kind of difference does epic divination do while investigating?

Divination let’s you see the attunement of killer and killee when investigating blood pools.

I’d guess at least 15 ranks in each.

Should it show attunements for the destroyer of wrecked placeables? Because it seems like it doesnt.
