So I've recently had odd luck of finding summoning books like the elementals or Madman's Journal.
I know some of the druids and other spellcasters seek out elemental books to be one with the elements but I'm curious what these books do other than summoning lvl 6 help? Just pondered since the books offer another option like binding and I would be curious to read what they do.
I know they're "once to use" and once bound, I'm stuck. I would like to know what good and bad I get if I for the example use Madman's Journal on the monk for example.

Re: Summon Books
Basically you can use -stream and set the elemental type as a Caster, so if your summoning an Elemental and wanna guarantee its a fire elemental, you would use the -stream command and set the elemental type to fire and every time you cast, rather then a random elemental, you would get the Fire elemental.
