Vlos'Khaliiz Bolt

Hi,
I was trying to make some Vlos'Khaliiz Bolt, but recipe doesn't accept my iron bolts. (They were made by spliting from bundle of bolts (iron)).

I am drow bg forger. There are two recipes, I tried both of them.

What's wrong?

Only bought bolts(try Rithralia) or those collected from the duergar will satisfy the recipe.

Source: My drow smith used to make them.

A related note on this topic - if you have a high enough UMD to use drow made equipment can you also craft it? Or do you always need a drow to make it regardless of your UMD.
