Are PRC Request on Hold?

After all the druid stuff, I started a new main. I see the business of the staff with the migration. As the title suggests, does this mean PRC requests are on hold for the foreseeable future?

I may have made a bad choice in a new main if so...

DMs don't do development, at least I assume majority doesn't.

PrC requests are still active and follow the same procedure as always. The only thing that had been disabled is the suggestion box.

Thanks for the answers all around. I may have interpreted Irongron's comments a bit too zealously.

That being said, is there any DM available for PRC actions? Been sitting on a level for a week and can't advance. My peeps have left me in the dust. I've been pinging the channel daily. Are set times/coordination recommended?

I've found sacrificing a goat helps though the blood was a pain to clean off my carpet.

I've been where you are and understand your frustration, my only piece of advice is make sure you've sent the request as a forum PM to the Active DMs. The wiki used to say differently and I've been burned by that in the past after a 2 week wait.

Right before/after a server gets reset is usually a good time to get ahold of a DM.

Can someone inform me what the procedure is for requesting a PrC these days? Specifically for the Shifter class.

I was told by a DM in-game that I would need to post my request on the forums with details about how I would roleplay learning the forms, but I don't see a subforum dedicated to PrC requests.

Send a PM to the 'Active DM's' group with any information you think is relevant as to why you should get the shifter token.

I would add with the staff availability / priorities these days, you may want to consider other options if you are in a hurry.
