wiki says, "grants bonuses to social skills and penalties to combat skills (requires 11+ CHA) "

but what bonus's and what penalties?

It's nothing massive, iirc. Something like +2 Persuade, Bluff, Intimidate, -2 Discipline, Concentration, Heal.

Wow, that's kind of awful. 4 skill points, 2 of which don't overlap (bluff/perform) and one which barely has any use (persuade) in return for losing a skillpoint of the most valuable skill, and TWO saving throws.

Yeah, all the backgrounds are kind of weird and loaded with penalties to stuff in a nonsensical way.

Probably could stand to be overhauled and not just 100% copypasted from NWN2.
