New Spell Sword Imbue Level Question

On the new spellswords, can they imbue at lvl 7 when they can cast 4th lvl spells, or are they just like the old ones who need to wait till lvl 8 even though they can physically cast the spell?

You can imbue from level 1, unless something has changed drastically.

No I mean previously if you were lvl 7...and could cast the 4th lvl spell enervation...you still got the 1d4 imbue damage. Only when you reached lvl 8 and cast the 4th lvl spell enervation would you get the 1d8 imbue damage. It was wonky IMO.

But...I just made level so I think I can now test it.

I'll ask Kirito to check for strange rounding errors. It's my default assumption at this point when something isn't quite spot on with spellswords.

Ah...new spellswords can imbue according to spell level, as intended I believe.
