1. is purple dragon knight Base attack bonus: +1/level like fighter?

2. a Valiant use Rallying Cry at lvl 10, then you need only 16 charisma. Any more is a useless investment?

2.1 is the charisma requirement base or do items counts in?

2. The bonus is capped at 3, increasing CH above 16 will not give any more benefits

2.1 Currently Item counts.. I wonder if this should not be changed to HardCap

3. Yes You can start PDK levels at character lvl4
