How many different items can I enchant/wear with AC bonus, so that all of it works?

5.

1 with an Armor AC bonus (armor/clothes slot or a bracer)
1 with a Deflection AC bonus (helm/cloak/ring/belt/gloves)
1 with a Shield AC bonus (shield only)
1 with a Dodge AC bonus (boots only)
1 with a Natural AC bonus (amulet)

In practice you should generally just use the first four of the above at most though--the Natural AC from amulets doesn't stack with barkskin, which is easily available to anyone in potion form (except true flame sorcerers).

Also, don't you get deflection from protection of alignment?

Aura versus alignment provides a +4 deflection bonus among other things. However, by the time you can cast an Aura versus alignment (an 8th lvl cleric spell), shield of faith provides exactly the same AC bonus, and a couple of levels later, will provide you with +5 deflection AC instead.

That said, the other bonuses from aura versus alignment are pretty nice, so it's far from a worthless spell. Having both is good.

The only reason I explicitly mentioned barkskin is because of how widely available barkskin potions are.

But yea, there are many spells that don't stack with the above other than barkskin. Shield might also merit a mention since you can get potions of that fairly easily, and that also provides +4 Deflection AC.

As a general guide, armor, shield, natural and deflection AC does not stack. Dodge and "other" (i.e. from tumble, armor skin, expertise, etc.) AC does stack.
