Why does scribing a scroll of Bull's Strenght cost more?

While scroll of Bull's Strenght costs 562 golds to scribe, it is sold for 151 golds, or almost it, in Thoramind's magic shop in the Cultural District of Cordor.

P.S.: Of course if it's more expensive to scribe I can just buy it and still be happy, but I'm curious.

Edit: I'm not sure if it happens to the others spells.

This is gonna be the case for a lot of lower-level scrolls - it's why you don't see people selling them, because the NPCs almost always offer them for less than they can be scribed. 562 gold is actually already reduced from the base NWN cost of 750, if you can believe it! Pretty much everyone either buys Bull's Strength POTIONS, which last just as long as the scrolls and are sold by NPCs for like 84 gold, or gets the wands, which you'll frequently see in player shops.

Scribe Scroll is most useful for higher-level spells that NPCs don't offer. If you take a look at this list and multiply the gold cost by 0.75 (assuming I've got the conversion right...), that'll tell you how much it will cost to scribe on Arelith, and you can decide if it's worthwhile.
