Tech Help for NWN:EE

I'm fairly tech savvy, but I admit I haven't delved into fixing this myself yet. Could someone write a step by step guide on how to get Beamdog's Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition working? And maybe put it under the General Reference forum?

• - I purchased the game
  - I followed their instructions on how to access the game
  - I installed the Beamdog Client

When I launch the client I have 2 buttons under NWN.

• - One is gray and says Preloaded
  - The other is Options.

When I click Preloaded, I get a gray button that says Play.
When I click Play I get the following error message "The executable for Neverwinter Nights: Enhanced Edition could not be found. Please try verifying the game under options..."

When I do this, all that is in the folder is a .dll file.

It SEEMS that I didn't actually download the game itself, bit I never received instructions on where/how to do that. I am actually unsure if that can be done at this stage, or if this was just a Pre-Order.

Did you install Head Start and use the pulldown menu to switch to it?

mine works the same way Preorder and Options... i didn't order the deluxe head start edition, just the 19.99 preorder. so i think we wait until release day.

little confused here myself as well. I just got the EE Digital deluxe which also included the regular $20 EE.. But neither head starts let me install. Below is basically what I am getting
No play Options

Digital Deluxe (Says Preloaded)(Can select any of the 3 choices in the Options Menu)
Digital Deluxe- Head Start (Says Buy Now)(Cannot do anything within the Options Menu)
English (Says Preloaded)(Can select any of the 3 choices in the Options Menu)
English- Head Start (Says Buy Now)(Cannot do anything within the Options Menu)
