Druid Totem Polymorph and Skill Usage

Out of curiousity, is it possible to use skills like Open Lock or Disable Trap while polymorphed? And if so, are the totem stats taken into account?

For context, I'm tempted to make a Rat totem druid/rogue and I'm uncertain if using the rogue skills would blow the polymorph or not.
