Whats the website that...

I seem to remember there being a website that had a scry function. Typing in a log in name would show a list of characters under it, or typing in a character name would show to which account is belongs.

I've created many many characters over the years and while I remember my names for said characters I can't remember which account they are under. Does anyone still have that link?
