Dracolich via Necromancy?

Animate Dead
Create Undead
Create Greater Undead
Mummy Dust
Dragon Knight (Dracolich)

Can the dracolich be unlocked with ESF necromancy only?
Specifally, without taking levels in pale master?

No. Spell Focuses in Necromancy do give it combat bonuses, however.

So a PC wishing to rule a dracolich would need to have PM levels. Thank you for clearing this up.

Also, does ESF Conjuration help with the epic spell line of summons? Mummy and Dragon Knight?

Mummy Dust benefits from Necromancy. Dragon Knight benefits from Conjuration unless the user is using the Dracolich stream, in which case it benefits from Necromancy.

Ok, so the dragon knight spell can summon a dracolich via -stream, thus not needing PM levels?

Now I'm confused lol

You can only get the Dracolich -Stream if you're a Pale Master.
