I did a search in the forums before posting this, but not definite answer was given.
Does Weapon Finesse affect the Touch Attack AB?

I don't think so.

BAB + dexterity modifier + weapon attack bonus + effects
Effects are things like spells. True strike, divine power, etc. Otherwise, nothing but the stuff listed there.

Clerics are just socially acceptable warlocks.The devil does not need any more advocates

It's like using a bow, automatically uses Dex for ranged touch.
