Yus, the wiki is a user manual to help me in my n00bishness. I never leave home without it.
The default NWN Auto-Quicken III is a good pick for clerics without Travel Domain and for pure sorceypoos who want to show the world what they're made of (pure gold that's what). http://nwn.wikia.com/wiki/Automatic_quicken_spell

I don't know how many sorcs here take it, but I've heard it's used to great effect on trueflamers. Or as great as possible, given the character type.
Clerics are just socially acceptable warlocks. The devil does not need any more advocates
Re: Curios about how Quicken Spell Works
Quicken on Weave Masters will lower the usual CD for a spell by 6 seconds. If, for example, you cast a fourth circle spell with a usual CD of 18 seconds and then cast it quickened the CD will be 12 seconds.
Auto-quicken works a little differently.
AQ I makes it so first, second, and third, circle spells have 0 cooldown.
AQ II lowers the cooldown of fourth, fifth, and sixth, circle spells by 12 seconds.
AQ III lowers the cooldown of seventh, eight, and ninth, circle spells by 18 seconds.
For a max level weavemaster they're pretty much essential, 12 and 18 seconds might not seem all that important but I promise you it changes up the class entirely, and even though still pretty stunted in PvP it does make them way more viable in it, and certainly in PvE.
Especially PvE in fact, just the other day I solo'd Abazuur on my lvl 30 Weavemaster. Granted other classes can do that too, but still.
